Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the Terms) govern your use of ciaslot.com (the Site) and every order you place with Ciaslot. By browsing the Site or buying from it, you accept these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund & Returns Policy. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.

1. Who we are

Ciaslot is a trade name of TANK TOTE LLC, located in WEBB CITY, MO. Through the Site we sell Storage & Car Organization products: storage and organization pieces for the home, the pantry, the desk and the car.

2. Eligibility

You may use the Site and place orders only if you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. You agree that the information you give us when ordering is accurate, current and complete.

3. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us straight away at support@ciaslot.com if you suspect that someone has accessed it without permission.

4. Products and descriptions

Each product is sold as described on its product page. We try to show materials, dimensions and colors accurately, but screens differ and measurements supplied by manufacturers may vary slightly. We may change, update or withdraw any product listing at any time without notice.

5. Prices and taxes

All prices on the Site are shown in US Dollars (USD). Unless stated otherwise, they do not include applicable sales tax. The full cost of your order, including product price, shipping and taxes, is displayed at checkout before you confirm it. We may change prices at any time, and we reserve the right to correct any pricing or typographical error, including on an order already placed, in which case we will contact you before proceeding.

6. Orders and acceptance

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example when a product is unavailable, a pricing error has occurred or a payment appears fraudulent; if you have already been charged, the amount is refunded in full.

7. Payment

We accept Shop Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Elo, JCB, and UnionPay. Payment is taken securely at checkout through Shopify Payments. All charges are shown before you confirm your purchase; there are no hidden fees.

8. Cancellations

To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@ciaslot.com. An order that has already been processed or shipped may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

9. Shipping

We ship only within the United States, to all 50 states; international shipping is not available. Standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum order amount. Processing and delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy.

10. Returns and refunds

We accept returns for manufacturing defects, transit damage or an incorrect item received. Eligibility, time limits and the return procedure are set out in our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

11. Prohibited use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• use it for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
• interfere with its security or normal operation;
• scrape, copy or reproduce its content without our written permission;
• upload viruses, malicious software or any harmful code;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, its servers or its data.

12. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, product images, logos and graphics, is owned by or licensed to Ciaslot and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or otherwise use it without our prior written consent.

13. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and the products are provided on an as is and as available basis. We work to keep the Site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under applicable consumer law.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ciaslot and TANK TOTE LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or from products purchased through it, including loss of data, revenue or profits.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TANK TOTE LLC, its members and its service providers from any claim, loss or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

16. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information.

Third-party services

Some functions of the Site, such as payment processing, parcel tracking and analytics, are provided by third parties. Their services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for the content or practices of websites we do not operate.

Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. These Terms, together with the policies they refer to, form the entire agreement between you and Ciaslot regarding the Site, and our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri and of the United States. Any dispute arising from these Terms or from your use of the Site will be resolved in the courts located in the State of Missouri.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The revised version is published on this page with a new effective date, and continuing to use the Site after that means you accept the changes.
