Shipping Policy

This page sets out how Ciaslot gets your order from our shelf to your door: where we deliver, what it costs and how long it takes.

Where we ship

We deliver to all 50 US states. International shipping is not available at this time.

One service, free of charge

Every order travels by standard shipping, and standard shipping is free within the United States, with no minimum order amount. We do not offer expedited or express delivery.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 0-1 business days, excluding weekends and major US holidays. An order placed after 2:00 PM CT is processed on the next business day.

Delivery time

Once your parcel has shipped, standard delivery usually takes 2-3 business days. Actual transit times can vary with your location and with carrier conditions.

Tracking

As soon as your order leaves us, you receive an email with its tracking number, which you can use to track the parcel at any time, including on our Track Your Order page.

What you pay

The checkout page shows the full cost of your order, product price plus any applicable taxes, before you confirm payment. There are no hidden charges added later.

What delivery includes

Free shipping covers delivery to the address entered at checkout. It does not include installation, assembly or in-home delivery services. Please double-check your address before you confirm the order.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking has stopped moving, or your parcel is well past the estimated delivery window, contact us. We will open an enquiry with the carrier and keep you informed until the matter is resolved. Keep in mind that the first tracking scan can take up to 24 hours to appear after the shipping email.

Arrived damaged?

If a parcel reaches you damaged, report it within 72 hours of delivery, with photos, as described in our Refund & Returns Policy. Keeping the box and the packaging until the claim is settled makes the process quicker.
