Track Your Order
Every Ciaslot parcel is tracked. We prepare orders within 0-1 business days, and the moment yours leaves us we email the tracking number; standard delivery then takes 2-3 business days.
No tracking number to hand? Your orders, their status and their tracking links are all in your account — sign in with the e-mail you used at checkout, no password needed.
How tracking works
- Order confirmation: sent straight after checkout, with your order number.
- Shipping confirmation: sent when the carrier collects the parcel, with your tracking number.
- Carrier updates: the carrier records each step of the journey until the parcel reaches your door.
Tracking not moving?
The first scan can take up to 24 hours to appear after the shipping email. If the status has not changed for several days, or the parcel shows as delivered but is not there, email support@ciaslot.com with your order number and we will open an enquiry with the carrier for you.
