Paying at Ciaslot should be as orderly as the products we sell: a short list of options, a secure connection and a total you can read before you commit.

Ways to pay

The following payment methods are accepted:

How your payment is protected

Checkout is handled by Shopify Payments, which meets PCI-DSS standards, and every transaction travels over SSL/TLS encryption. We never store your full card details on our servers.

Prices and charges

Prices are shown in US Dollars (USD). The checkout page lists the full amount, product price plus any applicable sales tax, before you confirm, and your payment method is charged when you place the order. There are no hidden fees and no surprise charges afterwards.

After you pay

An order confirmation email arrives within a few minutes of a successful payment. If it has not reached you, look in your spam or junk folder first; if it is not there either, write to support@ciaslot.com.

If a payment is declined

• Check that the billing details match those held by your bank.
• Make sure the card has sufficient funds available.
• Ask your bank or card issuer whether a restriction applies to online purchases.
• Try another of the accepted payment methods.

If the problem continues, your bank is the first place to ask, and we are happy to help as well.
